Create a baby sleep routine which includes giving them a bath, maybe turning the lights down lower, put your baby in the crib or you can rock them till their sleepy, play some nighttime sleeping  music. It will help calm plus you get the added bonus of research that says music for babies help their brain development and make them smarter.

You may want to alter his daytime nap patterns slightly, which might help. Try altering them just a little at first, so your baby has time to adapt to the change. These tips should have the baby sleeping better and longer at night. I don’t recommend you let your baby sleep with you. The reason is he will become accustomed to sleeping with you and not want to fall asleep by when they are alone.
